We booked the Pledwick for a birthday bash and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff are so friendly and helpful, but a special shout out has to go to the manager. He made sure everything was spot on, from helping us set up the decorations to personally checking in throughout the night to make sure we were happy.
One moment really stood out was when he arranged for a platter of vegetarian options for a couple of our guests, even though we hadn't requested it beforehand. It was such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, he brought out a surprise dessert plate with happy 40th on it.
Everyone had a brilliant time. We couldn't recommend it enough for a celebration. Thank you.

I organised a surprise 60th for my husband at the pub. From the very start, the staff were so helpful and easy to work with. They guided me through everything, choosing the food and drink options to figuring out the best setup for the live band we brought in. I’m not the most organised person, and they made the whole process straight forward.
On the night, everything just fell into place. The atmosphere was buzzing, and the buffet was lovely with plenty to go around.
